Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 2026

At Healing with Heidi, I value your time, energy, and commitment to your healing journey. Because appointments, events, and services require dedicated preparation and reserved scheduling, the following refund policy applies.

Individual Sessions

All sales are final for completed services, including but not limited to:

• Reiki Sessions

• Intuitive Reiki Sessions

• Tarot Readings

• Mediumship Sessions

• Sound Healing Sessions

• Chakra Balancing Sessions

• Animal Reiki Sessions

• Spiritual Guidance Sessions

Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been provided.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

 

Clients may reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund and may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered for emergencies or unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of Healing with Heidi.

Classes, Workshops, and Events

Tickets and registrations for workshops, group events, sound baths, classes, and special events are generally non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend, you may request a credit toward a future event if notice is provided at least 48 hours before the event date.

Credits are issued solely at the discretion of Healing with Heidi.

Packages and Prepaid Services

Packages and prepaid sessions are non-refundable once purchased.

Unused sessions may be transferred to another eligible service or rescheduled within the designated package timeframe, subject to approval.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates and gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.

Gift certificates may be transferred to another individual unless otherwise stated.

Exceptional Circumstances

Healing with Heidi understands that unexpected situations may arise. Requests for refunds or credits due to illness, emergencies, or extraordinary circumstances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
