My Journey

I’m Heidi — the heart behind Healing with Heidi.

For most of my life, I’ve been passionate about helping people feel their best. As a licensed hairstylist for over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of connecting with thousands of people, listening to their stories, celebrating their victories, and supporting them through life’s challenges.

Over time, I realized that true healing goes far beyond the physical. While creating outer beauty brought me joy, I felt called to help people reconnect with something deeper—their inner peace, intuition, and authentic selves.

That calling led me to Reiki, energy healing, meditation, sound therapy, spiritual development, and intuitive work.

Today, as a Certified Reiki Master, intuitive practitioner, tarot reader, and sound healing facilitator, I help clients create space for healing, clarity, balance, and transformation.

 

~MY JOURNEY

My spiritual path wasn’t something I sought out overnight—it unfolded naturally through personal growth, life experiences, self-discovery, and a desire to understand the deeper meaning behind our journeys.

Like many people, I’ve navigated uncertainty, loss, anxiety, change, and moments that challenged me to look within. Through those experiences, I discovered the incredible power of energy work, mindfulness, and trusting my intuition.

What began as a personal healing journey eventually became a calling to help others find their own path toward peace, empowerment, and self-love.

I truly believe that healing isn’t about “fixing” yourself.

It’s about remembering who you are beneath the stress, fear, expectations, and noise of everyday life.
