Appointment Scheduling

 

Appointments may be scheduled online or through direct communication.

By booking a session, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to arrive on time for your appointment.

Payment

 

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Any pricing changes will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.

Cancellation Policy

Clients are asked to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of payment.

No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of Healing with Heidi.

Participation in any service is voluntary.

Clients are responsible for their own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being during and after sessions.
